413 is one of our 4 sleepers. Located on the 4th floor.
It has 2 bedrooms, perfect for a family of 4. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, and the main bedroom has stunning sea views and direct access to the balcony which also has stunning 180 degree sea view.
There is also air-conditioning in the main bedroom and fans throughout the rest of the apartment for your comfort. There is 1 & ½ bathrooms; Main with a shower, bath & basin, with a separate toilet with a hand basin.
The open plan living area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen which opens up to the dining area and lounge, which has a flat screen TV equipped with Netflix and YouTube premium for your viewing pleasure, this then opens up onto the sea-facing balcony with chairs and a table for alfresco dining.
The view of the sunrise from the balcony is absolutely breath taking in the morning where you can sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee, if you’re an early riser. But if you like to sleep in, no worries! You can still enjoy the beautiful ocean views in the late afternoon where you can sit back and enjoy a sun downer.
